Why We're Building BetaGTM in Public
Most companies write their origin story after they’ve already succeeded. We’re writing ours before we know if any of this works.
Why start with pre-launch founders
Early-stage builders have the most urgent need for first users, and the least access to them. That made it the easiest place to start: a small, motivated audience with a clear, immediate problem.
What “in public” actually means here
It means the roadmap, the experiments, and the metrics that aren’t working yet are all things we’re willing to talk about, not just the wins. If BetaGTM’s core loop doesn’t hold up, that’s worth saying out loud too.
What’s next
Phase one is proving that a stranger will actually test an unfinished product and give useful feedback. Everything else depends on that working first.
TBD — add a real author bio here (2-3 sentences). Shown on every blog post until multiple authors are needed.
